This three-bedroom/two bath house sleeps up to 9 people. (Queen bed in two bedrooms, 3-person bunk-bed, hide-a-bed couch in living room.) The fully-equipped kitchen has a stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, pots/pans, dinnerware, cutlery, glassware, coffeemaker, toaster and lots of utensils and knick- knacks not usually found in a vacation cottage.
Additional amenities include air conditioning, gas fireplace, hot-water baseboard heating, cable television, washer & dryer, VCR/DVD player, stereo/cd player, clock radios, games, books (Delton Library is a couple blocks away). Outside amenities include a 5-person pedal boat and a fishing boat with oars. A pontoon boat is also avaiable for rent.

$1250/week Early Bird Rate (reserve before January 1, 2007;
$1350/week normal rate after January 1, 2007
$1600/week for the 4th of July
Offseason (Before Memorial Day/After Labor Day;
$450/weekend (3 nights) or $700/week
$700/weekend Christmas or New Years
- Pets may be permitted with added cleaning charge of $75.00;
- Pontoon rental available for $600/week ($140/day)
- Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday
- Check-in is anytime after 4pm and checkout is 10am
- Non-refundable 50% advanced rent payment is required
- Up to 9 guests maximum
