This tastefully and delightfully furnished, lakefront cottage is equipped with all the luxuries of home! It features a large deck overlooking a sprawling Upper Crooked Lake, equipped with patio furniture, gas grill, private dock, a bonfire pit, lake frontage with sandy beach and much more.
For those of you with young children, you will be delighted to know that less than 15 steps will bring you from the deck to the beach level. The beach is sandy and is nearly 35 feet in depth and the water is roughly five feet deep at 50 feet out from shore (at the dock's edge).
This three-bedroom/two bath house sleeps up to 9 people with a bunkhouse available at an additional charge which sleeps 4-6 additional people. The main cottage is 1750 square feet and has a queen bed in two bedrooms, and double-bed bunks in the third bedroom. It also has two family rooms and both a dining room and a breakfast nook. The fully-equipped kitchen has a stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator /freezer, pots/pans, dinnerware, cutlery, glassware, coffeemaker, toaster and lots of utensils and knick-knacks not usually found in a vacation cottage. Additional amenities include air conditioning, gas fireplace, forced- air heating, cable television, wifi internet, washer & dryer, VCR/DVD player, stereo/cd player, clock radios, games, books (Delton Library is a couple blocks away). Outside amenities include a 5-person pedal boat, 12 foot fishing boat with oars and a 50+ foot dock. |

- Pets may be permitted with added cleaning charge of $75.00
- Pontoon rental available for $600/week ($140/day)
- Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday
- Check-in is anytime after 5pm and checkout is 10am
- Non-refundable 50% advance rent payment is required
