This is the latest addition to the Woody's Beach Houses. Brenda's Beach House is currently being renovated from the inside-out and will be similar in amenities to the the other Woody's cottages. Brenda's will be a three-four bedroom house that sleeps up to 10 people. (Queen bed in two bedrooms, 3-person bunk-beds in the other two,.) The fully-equipped kitchen will have a stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, pots/pans, dinnerware, cutlery, glassware, coffeemaker, toaster and lots of utensils and knick- knacks not usually found in a vacation cottage.
Additional amenities will include air conditioning, cable television, washer & dryer, VCR/DVD player, stereo/cd player, clock radios, games, books (Delton Library is a couple blocks away). Outside amenities include a 5-person pedal boat and a fishing boat with oars. A pontoon boat is also avaiable for rent.
This tasteful and delightfully furnished, lakefront cottage will be equipped with all the luxuries of home! It features a large deck overlooking a sprawling Crooked Lake, equipped with patio furniture, gas grill, private dock, a bonfire pit, 50 feet of lake frontage and much more. |

VACATION RENTAL RATES;
Peak Season (May 26, 2007 - Sept 8, 2007)
$1550/week normal rate after January 1, 2007
$1800/week for the 4th of July
Offseason (Before Memorial Day/After Labor Day;
$540/weekend (3 nights) or $800/week
$800/weekend Christmas or New Years
- Pets may be permitted with added cleaning charge of $75.00;
- Pontoon rental available for $600/week ($140/day)
- Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday
- Check-in is anytime after 4pm and checkout is 10am
- Non-refundable 50% advanced rent payment is required
- Up to 10 guests maximum
